1. Equipment Hire

2. Hire Period

  • Return equipment on agreed date

3. Equipment Use

Customers are responsible for:

4. Equipment Condition

5. Damage, Loss & Theft

Customers are responsible for:

  • Loss or theft
  • Misuse of equipment

Repair or replacement costs may apply where necessary.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection times:

  • Location

Customers must ensure safe access to the site for delivery and collection.

7. Breakdown & Support

If equipment breaks down:

  • Our team will respond promptly
  • Replacement equipment may be provided
  • We aim to minimize downtime


8. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Upfront payment may be required
  • Pricing confirmed before booking
  • Late payments may incur fees

9. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made before delivery.
Late cancellations may incur:
