CAT 285 Soil Stabilisation & GPS Grading
RMS provides specialist soil stabilisation, precision grading and GPS-controlled earthworks services using advanced CAT 285 XE Compact Track Loader.
We are proud to offer the first Caterpillar 285 XE CTL in South Africa with top of the range specifications and biggest in class features for power and weight.
The Cat 285 XE with various attachments offers services that rival full size machines but with a smaller footprint and tight manoeuvrability making this an extremely versatile and time saving piece of equipment.
on the front of the machine we are equipped for Road and Asphalt surface milling and soil stabilisation to a depth of 220mm with Italian branded Simex attachments the Cat 285 XE and on the rear we have the full counterweight and ground ripper/scarifier pack to loosen and condition soil saving time.
Our access to the full GPS Dozing and Grading capability from New Zealand made possible with the Sharp grade GS130 Dozer and Grader blade, a site engineered file can be uploaded directly into the TOPCON survey software and allowing the operator to grade with millimetre accuracy according to the site designs, saving valuable time and resources on site.
